This change in mentality can affect your concentration and instead of learning your&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-size:85%;" &gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;emphasis will be simply on getting the next level, which is the next belt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="font-family: verdana;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;One should not rush simply becuase a friend did. To combat these issues we need to build key factors like confidence and discipline and for that it is important to pay attention to improve our self esteem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ask a Sensei and he will tell you, it is mentality that is needed to be changed so we can easily reach a healthy mind by building discipline.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One way to become good fellows in the society and to be disciplined is to practice martial arts and stay away of bad influence. Many methods of martial arts has been proven to be goal oriented and mostly any of these methods help develope a spirit of a warrior that will help us manage to cope with different situations in real life. Alimentarse adecuadamente parece ser tarea fácil pero no lo es. Es preferible consultar especialistas en la materia para evitar desordenes que pueden causar serios problemas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Las artes marciales buscan el equilibrio entre mente y cuerpo y el buen &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Sensei&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; quien tiene la misión de aportar conocimientos para mejorar entre otras la coordinación, los reflejos respiración y musculatura. Es decir mejorar la salud como un todo puesto que proporciona estupenda preparación física y cardiovascular que obliga a usar más oxígeno y quemar calorías en forma continua, como nadar o correr. Aprender a controlar las emociones&lt;br /&gt;c) Actue como: modele a un maestro para lograr el éxito&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;articularmente opino que los Sensei´s no solo deben concentrar sus esfuerzos en transmitir sus conocimientos en cuanto a las técnicas de las Artes Marciales sino tambien dedicar suficiente tiempo para instruir a sus alumnos la importancia en desarrollar una menta abierta capaz de buscar el mejoramiento continuo. If these vital points – like some times are called - are attacked, they can cause dramatic effects. By the way, here we are not going to present facts on where and how to hit in order to save your life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In Japanese the use of vital points is generally referred to “Kyusho Jitsu” and in china ther term “Dimmak” – death touch is practiced. Both are concerned in striking a specific point in the human body to cause a destructive effect to gain a competitive edge or to apply pressure on these vital points as part of a healing process.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Activating any one of the pressure points in fighting can cause injury to the mind and body. They are: fear, doubt, surprise, and confusion. Collectively known as the "&lt;strong&gt;Four Poisons of Kendo&lt;/strong&gt;". &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:78%;"&gt;The only way to overcome the poisons and to succeed in kendo is to follow the teaching, "overcome others by overcoming yourself". Kendo is a battle with these four poisons. Simply stated, Kendo etiquette is based on respect -- for one's Sensei, seniors, equipment, etc. For example:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;In the Dojo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;Stop and bow, everytime, when entering or leaving a dojo.&lt;br /&gt;When addressing instructors, use the title Sensei.&lt;br /&gt;The only proper way to sit on the mat is in seiza (formal sitting position).  &lt;strong&gt;If you have a knee injury you may sit cross legged,&lt;/strong&gt; but never with legs outstretched, never reclining, and never leaning against walls or posts.&lt;br /&gt;Avoid walking in front of sensei, or in front of kenshi seated in the seiza position.&lt;br /&gt;Be aware of seniors members and follow their lead. Do not sit down, finish bowing, or remove your equipment before your seniors. When lining up, position yourself relative to your seniors. Example: when seated, line up your men and kote, as well as your knees, to those of your senior.&lt;br /&gt;Be aware of junior members and take care of them.&lt;br /&gt;Pay respect to your seniors and fellow kenshi when departing. Examples: oyasumi nasai (good night), sayounara.&lt;br /&gt;Wear your keikogi and hakama neatly. Make sure the keikogi is smooth, not bulging, in the front and back.&lt;br /&gt;Always handle your shinai respectfully.
